All pieces are handmade with care and intention. Please allow 5-7 business days after purchase for your order to be made, processed, and packaged before shipping.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays. Lai Jewels is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or the shipping carrier.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
